Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct parts and ensuring proper installation.
3. Ordering & Payment

4. Delivery Terms

Access to the delivery location is the customer’s responsibility

5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are subject to the following refund terms:

Installed or used parts are non-refundable

Special-order items are non-refundable

Delivery and service fees are non-refundable

Unused, unopened stock items may be considered for return at our discretion
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe and require proof of purchase.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Parts Van shall not be liable for:

7. Third-Party Items, Transport & Damage Disclaimer
The Parts Van may, at a customer’s request, pick up, transport, or deliver items purchased from third-party suppliers.
By requesting pickup or delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The Parts Van does not inspect, test, verify, or open items or packaging

Items may contain visible or hidden damage, missing parts, or defects that are not apparent at pickup or delivery

The Parts Van is not responsible for damage caused by third-party sellers, suppliers, manufacturers, or their loading personnel

The Parts Van is not responsible for improper packaging, handling, or loading by third parties

Items are transported as-is and at the customer’s risk
The Parts Van shall not be responsible for items that are:

Damaged during loading or unloading by third parties

Damaged, lost, or delayed during shipping prior to pickup

Damaged during transit or delivery
-
Damaged as a result of traffic accidents, road hazards, weather, theft, or unforeseen events

Accepted on behalf of the customer with visible or hidden damage
The Parts Van does not provide insurance coverage for customer-owned items and does not guarantee replacement, reimbursement, or compensation for damaged or lost goods.
Any claims related to product condition, defects, or packaging must be made directly with the original seller, supplier, or manufacturer.
All third-party items are transported as-is at customer risk.
8. Fulfillment Policy
The Parts Van fulfills orders by providing property and vacation rental maintenance repair parts and delivery services.
Orders are fulfilled in one or more of the following ways:

Same-day delivery of in-stock items

Scheduled delivery of in-stock items

Pickup and delivery of customer-purchased items from third-party suppliers
Fulfillment timing depends on product availability, delivery schedule, location, and external conditions such as traffic or weather.
