The Parts Van offers drop ship receiving and scheduled delivery for property maintenance and vacation rental professionals.
Clients may have parts, appliances, fixtures, or project materials shipped directly to our facility. We will receive, hold, and deliver those items when they are ready to be installed or needed on-site.
This service is designed to:

How It Works

Client places an order with a supplier and ships items to our designated receiving location

We receive the shipment and log the delivery

Delivery is scheduled to a specified property or released to an approved person
Items are released only according to the client’s instructions.

A specific property address provided by the client, or

A specifically authorized individual named by the client

We do not allow walk-in pickups or unscheduled releases.

Items with visible damage will be noted and photographed.

Items may have hidden damage, missing components, or defects

We accept items as delivered by the supplier
Any claims related to product condition must be handled directly with the seller or manufacturer.
Damage, Loss & Liability
The Parts Van is not responsible for:

Damage caused during shipping or supplier loading

Hidden damage inside sealed packaging

Manufacturer defects or missing parts

Improper packaging by third parties
Once items are received and stored, we take reasonable care to store them securely; however:

We are not an insurer of customer-owned goods

We do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement of item value

Liability, if any, is limited to the service fees paid

Customers are responsible for insuring their items if coverage is desired.
